When welding related 304 stainless steel wire mesh products: due to the characteristics of stainless steel itself (for example, the thermal expansion coefficient of 304 stainless steel is 1.5 times that of low carbon steel and high chromium stainless steel; the thermal conductivity is about 1/3 of that of low carbon steel, and the thermal conductivity of high chromium stainless steel is about 1/2 of that of low carbon steel; the specific resistance is more than 4 times that of low carbon steel, and the high chromium stainless steel is 3 times that of low carbon steel. Compared with ordinary carbon steel, the welding of stainless steel has its particularity, and it is more likely to produce various defects in its welded joints and its heat-affected zone (HAZ). Special attention should be paid to this when welding. For welding materials such as stainless steel wire, stainless steel wire mesh, etc., if necessary, degreasing and descaling treatment is carried out to improve the welding quality.

The argon arc welding process is the most commonly used welding process in the deep-processed products of stainless steel mesh. Argon arc is a gas shielded welding technology. It is to pass the protective gas argon around the arc welding to isolate the air from the welding area and prevent the oxidation of the welding area, so as to achieve the purpose of double-sided forming. Its technical characteristics are argon on the back of the welding bead, small current (generally the welding current is about 60A, the current size can be manually adjusted), short arc (arc voltage is below 10V, the voltage is generally not adjustable), the welding process swing should use the zigzag swing mode, the interlayer temperature as much as possible, the weld color is white and yellow as the standard, the angle of the argon arc welding torch is 90 degrees and below in the forward direction, and the counterpart gap is controlled at about 2mm.

Welded stainless steel wire mesh, stainless steel welded mesh, stainless steel welded screen, etc., it is produced by automatic stainless steel row welding machine. The production of stainless steel welded wire mesh is to use the principle of resistance welding to complete the welding of stainless steel mesh: its circuit is closed, so that the entire closed circuit and current are equal; However, the resistance in various places is different, especially at the non-fixed contact, that is, the resistance at the stigma of the welded wire mesh machine is the largest, and this resistance is called contact resistance in physics. According to the law of thermal effect of electric current (also called Joul's law), Q=I^2; × Rt, it can be seen that in the case of equal current, the higher the heat of the part with greater resistance, and the resistance of the column head is the largest when welding, the electric heat generated in this part is naturally the most, and when the column head presses the transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter together, it releases a lot of heat, so that the transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter are instantly dissolved and bonded. Since the automatic row welding machine is carried out at the same time with a row of column heads, the production efficiency of electric welding stainless steel wire mesh is extremely high.
