Stainless Steel Wire Mesh weaving method
Plain Weave
In plain weave, each warp wire and weft wire alternately crosses over and under one another at 90° angles. Both warp and weft wires have the same diameter, resulting in uniform opening sizes and a consistent, stable mesh structure.

Twill Weave
In twill weave, each warp wire passes alternately over two and under two weft wires, creating a diagonal pattern. This structure allows the use of thicker wires for the same mesh count, offering higher strength, better flexibility, and improved filtration precision compared with plain weave.

Dutch Weave
Dutch weave combines different wire diameters in the warp and weft directions. The warp wires are coarser and evenly spaced, while the weft wires are finer and closely packed. This results in a dense, strong mesh with excellent filtration performance and high mechanical strength, commonly used for fine filtration and pressure filters.

Reverse Dutch Weave
In reverse Dutch weave, the warp wires are finer and placed closer together, while the weft wires are thicker. This reverse structure provides high flow capacity and superior mechanical strength, making it ideal for filtration applications requiring both durability and efficient flow.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Features and Advantages
Corrosion Resistance
Stainless steel wire mesh offers outstanding corrosion resistance and performs reliably in a wide range of corrosive environments. It ensures long service life for both the mesh and stainless steel filter elements, even under harsh chemical or moisture conditions.
Abrasion Resistance
With excellent wear resistance, stainless steel woven mesh maintains its structure and performance over prolonged use. It withstands friction and impact, making it ideal for demanding filtration or screening applications.
Easy to Clean
The smooth stainless steel surface prevents impurities from adhering easily, allowing for quick cleaning and low maintenance. This reduces downtime and overall operating costs.
Strong and Durable
Stainless steel woven mesh delivers high tensile strength and exceptional load-bearing capacity. It can operate steadily under high temperatures and heavy loads, ensuring consistent performance and long-term durability.
