Currently, CHG Metal owns two factories covers an area of 8600 square meters, more than 150 sets production machines including wire mesh weaving machine, testing instruments and corollary instruments. The main production equipment manufacturing with international advanced level, with an annual output of about 3,000,000 square meters of stainless steel wire mesh, woven 1 to 635 mesh square hole wire mesh, dutch wire mesh production to 2800 mesh. Self designed epoxy resin mesh coating producing line, with an annual output of about 3,000,000 square meters for epoxy resin mesh.
Then we go on with our production process details:
1.Tidying up the warp threads
Warping is a process in which a certain number of warp yarns are wound in parallel on a warp beam or weaving beam with a specified length and width.
2.Weaving
The main production equipment manufacturing with international advanced level, with an annual output of about 3,000,000 square meters of stainless steel wire mesh, woven 1 to 635 mesh square hole wire mesh, dutch wire mesh production to 2800 mesh.
3.Quality Inspection
We have strict QC management with 100% full product inspection process and a professional QC team who have been working in CHG Metal for several years. We will try our best to keep good quality of wire mesh items for customers.
4.Surface coating dealing
For epoxy coated wire mesh items, we have our own surface coating production line, which ensures the quality and delivery time. Also in this process, we have adjusted some details of the production line to make this process more smooth than before.
5.Cutting and packing
We will cut the fixed length from the big roll of wire mesh according to customer's demand. For the width, we will do the same process.
After cutting, packing process will be conducted. Generally we will do the exporting standard package for customers, if you have other requirements for this, we could also do customized packing for you.
6.Finished bulk goods
After cutting and packing, finished goods will be ready. CHG Metal will stock finished items according to different types of the wire mesh with various tags on them. This can supports us to find the finished wire mesh items easily and quickly.
