Finished product testing and pre-shipment inspection are key aspects of the wire mesh production process, ensuring that each batch of products not only meets the production standards, but also meets the actual needs of customers. Through meticulous testing, strict inspection, perfect packaging and shipping records, we are able to provide customers with high quality and reliable wire mesh products. Every detail is strictly controlled to ensure that the products can withstand the challenges of actual use and maximize customer satisfaction.
Finished product testing
Finished product testing ensures wire mesh meets quality standards before leaving the factory

Corrosion Resistance Test
We will conduct several durability tests on the finished wire mesh to ensure its long-term performance under harsh conditions. Corrosion resistance tests include salt spray and acid/alkali resistance tests to ensure that the wire mesh will not rust or deform. Tensile strength testing ensures that the wire mesh will not break or deform excessively under tension or external pressure, which is critical for filtration and support applications. For high-temperature environments, high-temperature resistance testing ensures that the screen remains structurally stable and does not anneal or soften over time.

Inspection Functional Tests
Functional tests are conducted to ensure that the wire mesh performs effectively in its intended applications. The mesh size and uniformity are measured for each batch to confirm it meets customer specifications. Uniformity is key to filtration efficiency, and any deviation can affect performance. The mesh strength test uses tensile or pressure testing to verify the mesh's ability to withstand operational loads and ensure all connections are secure. The elasticity and flexibility test checks the mesh's ability to bend or adapt to various working conditions without breaking or deforming, ensuring it remains reliable during installation and use.

Surface Quality
We will do a surface quality inspection of the wire mesh to check whether the wire mesh is smooth, with no scratches, cracks, or other defects. Surface quality directly affects the appearance of the wire mesh and its stability in use. Coating consistency inspection ensures that the plating or coating on the wire mesh is uniform and free of flaking, which is critical to maintaining the coating's corrosion protection and ensuring long-lasting durability.
Pre-shipment Inspection
Pre-shipment testing confirms each batch meets quality standards before shipment

Size and specification check
Review the size and specification of the finished product to ensure that the size, thickness, mesh size, etc. of each roll or piece of wire mesh meets the design requirements. Any deviation may affect the use of the product.

Performance Confirmation
Performance confirmation ensures each batch of products passes functional tests like corrosion resistance, tensile strength, and high-temperature resistance, meeting the required standards. Batch consistency guarantees that all products within the same batch maintain consistent performance and quality, with no discrepancies due to production variations.

Packaging Inspection
Products are securely packaged with inner craft paper, outer plastic cloth, and placed in a wooden pallet or case for safe transportation. Check whether the packaging of the product is complete and solid to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation. Packaging materials need to be environmentally friendly and able to effectively protect the screen from the external environment.
Others
Customer Acceptance Criteria
Perform customized tests based on specific customer requirements to ensure that all products meet the customer's acceptance criteria, and that the customer can make final confirmation upon receipt of the shipment to ensure that their needs are met.
Labeling
Labeling and Documentation: Ensure that the labeling information on each package is clear and accurate, including product model, specification, quantity, production date, etc. At the same time, ensure that quality certificates, product manuals, etc. are provided with the goods.
Shipping Records and Traceability
Shipping Records: Create detailed records for each shipment to ensure that each product can be traced back to its production lot, test reports, quality inspection records, etc.

Problematic product handling
Non-conforming product isolation: Non-conforming products found during pre-shipment testing will be isolated in time to prevent them from entering the market, ensuring that each product received by customers is in compliance with standards.
Quality Feedback Mechanism
For any quality problems, timely communication with customers and take effective measures to solve them, such as replacement or return, to ensure customer satisfaction.
