Corrosion Resistance Test

We will conduct several durability tests on the finished wire mesh to ensure its long-term performance under harsh conditions. Corrosion resistance tests include salt spray and acid/alkali resistance tests to ensure that the wire mesh will not rust or deform. Tensile strength testing ensures that the wire mesh will not break or deform excessively under tension or external pressure, which is critical for filtration and support applications. For high-temperature environments, high-temperature resistance testing ensures that the screen remains structurally stable and does not anneal or soften over time.

We will do a surface quality inspection of the wire mesh to check whether the wire mesh is smooth, with no scratches, cracks, or other defects. Surface quality directly affects the appearance of the wire mesh and its stability in use. Coating consistency inspection ensures that the plating or coating on the wire mesh is uniform and free of flaking, which is critical to maintaining the coating's corrosion protection and ensuring long-lasting durability.

Check whether the packaging of the product is complete and solid to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation.
