Q5: What materials are available for wire mesh?

Standard model samples may be provided free of charge (or with shipping costs only).
Custom or non-standard samples may incur a reasonable sample fee, which can be offset or refunded if a subsequent large order is placed.

A: We maintain a comprehensive quality management system and inspection procedures, typically including raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and finished product inspection. We also accept third-party testing or customer factory audits.

Q9: Can you provide quality certifications/reports/testing certificates?

A: Yes. Based on customer country requirements and order specifics, we can provide material certificates (e.g., material composition certificates), factory inspection reports, third-party factory audit reports, and relevant certifications/testing reports such as RoHS, REACH, and ISO.

Q10: What should I do if I receive products with quality issues?

A: Please inspect the goods promptly upon receipt and report any issues to us within a reasonable timeframe (including photos, inspection reports, etc.). We will discuss solutions based on the specific circumstances, such as replacement, reissuance, refund, or compensation.
Ordering and Delivery Schedule

Q11: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: For standard models, our typical MOQ is (fill in based on your company's situation, e.g.) 1,000 square meters or a certain number of rolls. For custom specifications, the MOQ may be higher. Please consult our sales team for confirmation.

Q12: What is the typical lead time?

A: For standard specification products, the lead time is usually 30–45 days (subject to production load, raw material procurement, shipping arrangements, etc.).
For customized or special specification orders, lead times may be extended. Both parties will confirm the lead time before signing the contract.

Q13: What are the packaging methods and shipping options?

A:Packaging: Typically wooden crates, pallets, cardboard boxes, plastic film wrapping, etc., ensuring products remain undamaged during transit.

Shipping Methods: Available via ocean freight, freight, express delivery, rail transport, etc. Customers may specify trade terms such as FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.

Q14: What trade terms (Incoterms) do you support?

A: Commonly used terms include FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP, etc. Specific terms are negotiated based on customer requirements and destination.

Q15: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We typically accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), PayPal, and international wire transfers. Specific methods can be negotiated based on order value, customer creditworthiness, and other factors.

Q16: How can I prevent fraud / verify your company's authenticity?

A:Please verify our company's business license, export qualifications, and physical address.

We can provide factory photos, workshop videos, and references from previous clients.

For first-time transactions, consider placing a small trial order.

When making payments, confirm the bank account details are accurate and avoid unauthorized changes.
