Our Circular Disc Filter Leaves are highly engineered, multi-layered metal filtration elements designed specifically for horizontal disc filters, specialized nutsche filters, and vertical pressurized reactors.
This element utilizes a perfectly balanced circular geometry instead of a traditional rectangular profile. The defining feature of this product is its heavy-duty CNC-machined central hub flange. This hub serves a dual purpose: it acts as the high-strength physical anchor that locks the disc onto the central rotating or stationary shaft, and it functions as the central gathering channel where clarified filtrate from all 360 degrees of the panel converges before dropping into the main outlet pipe.
The outer perimeter features a heavy-gauge, smooth U-profile metal rim. This rim is hydraulically compressed over the multi-layer wire cloth and continuously secured via micro-welds. This continuous edge design provides isotropic pressure distribution, meaning the internal hydraulic stresses are spread evenly across the circle, completely eliminating the localized corner stresses that commonly warp rectangular panels.
